NO PARKING AT THE OLD SPAGHETTI FACTORY THIS YEAR, PLEASE READ BELOW FOR PARKING INSTRUCTIONS.
Sign up to run or walk this beautiful award winning downtown 10K. Pints to Pasta highlights our city like no other event in Portland and we want you to join us. Park at The Old Spaghetti Factory and ride the free shuttle to adidas Headquarters on N. Greeley for the start of the race. Enjoy this downhill start to the famous Widmer Brothers Brewery, across the Willamette River, along the river finishing at The Old Spaghetti Factory. After your hard work treat yourself to complimentary pasta, salad, and bread, but don't forget the delicious Widmer Beer. Enjoy live entertainment on the shores of the Willamette River with your fellow runners and walkers. Pints to Pasta donates a portion of it's proceeds to The Raphael House of Portland and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's TEAM IN TRAINING. A huge thanks to adidas, Widmer, The Old Spaghetti Factory and Portland Running Company for making this event happen.

New this year, NO PARKING AT THE OLD SPAGHETTI FACTORY - you will be directed into the parking lots just south of the Old Spaghetti Factory. Expect a 5 minute walk to the bus loading area. This is a safety change and we are very happy and thankful for the additional parking lots. Parking is FREE! If you would like to ride the Streetcar downtown after the event, just show the driver your race number and you ride for FREE!
- From I-5 Northbound: Take exit 298 - Corbett Ave. Turn RIGHT on Corbett. Turn LEFT on SW Boundary St. Go through stoplight at Macadam/Hwy 43. Turn LEFT at SW Landing Drive or follow volunteer directions.
- From I-5 NB Macadam Exit, turn RIGHT on SW Gaines. Turn RIGHT on SW Moody. Turn RIGHT on SW Bancroft. Turn LEFT on Macadam./HWY 43. Follow volunteer directions (This is essentially a long U-turn).
- From I-5 Southbound: On the Marquam Bridge, stay in RIGHT lane. Take John's Landing Exit. Stay in RIGHT lane. Follow HWY 43/Macadam to volunteer directions.
You have parked south of the shuttle buses. Walk north (Willamette River on your right, Macadam on your left) along pedestrian pathway to SW Bancroft. Turn RIGHT and then LEFT on SW Bond Ave. You will see the yellow shuttle buses loading on SW Bond. You can also find street parking along SW Moody. Please carpool or use public transportation. The new street car will be running post race beginning at 7:15am and will offer free rides to anyone wearing a Pints to Pasta race number!
Remember - no event parking at adidas, please do not park or try to park in the quiet neighborhoods near the campus, we want to respect the neighborhood. Participants can be dropped off at the start on N. Killingsworth St. at Greeley via I-5. Greeley Ave. will be closed. There is no event parking at the start area.

Day of Event Schedule:
- 6:00 AM Park just south of The Old Spaghetti Factory. No parking at The Old Spaghetti Factory. Police and parking volunteers will guide you into the parking areas just south of The Old Spaghetti Factory on Hwy 43/Macadam Ave. Expect a 5 minute walk to the shuttle from the parking areas. This is approx 1/4-1/2 mile south of The Old Spaghetti Factory - very close to the shuttle bus loading area and packet pick up.
- 6:15 AM Packet Pick up begins at The Old Spaghetti Factory prior to getting on shuttle. Packet pick up is NOT available at adidas
- 6:30 AM First Shuttle leaves The Old Spaghetti Factory -
- 7:30 AM Last Shuttle leaves The Old Spaghetti Factory
- 8:00 AM Pints to Pasta 10K Roadrace begins at adidas Headquarters (run and walk)
- 9:00 AM Post-Race Extravaganza on the banks of the Willamette River - Pasta from The Old Spaghetti Factory, Widmer Beer, Live Music!
Our trek will begin at adidas Headquarters on Greeley Avenue, then make our way to the Albina neighborhood where we'll pass the unique buildings of Widmer Brothers Gasthaus and Brewery (crafters of deliciously original beers). From that point, we are bound for downtown. We'll cross the Broadway Bridge and enjoy the beautiful view of the Willamette River and cityscapes as we wind our way down the West Esplanade of Waterfront Park. Our journey will end at The Old Spaghetti Factory, but the fun continues! The Post-Race Party will feature a meal provided by The Old Spaghetti Factory, magnificent beer from Widmer Brothers Brewing, and live entertainment.
Once you arrive at adidas - The starting line:
- Enjoy complimentary coffee and water while you wait for the race to start at 8am.
- Find the clothes drop area and leave your warm ups with us and we will bring them back to the finish line for you. Please reuse your plastic bag you were given at packet pick-up as your clothes drop bag. We pride ourselves on using as little plastic as possible :)
- Join us for a pre race warm-up on the soccer field at adidas from 7:30am to 7:45am.
- Bathrooms will be near the participant drop off area and also on North Greeley near the starting line.
- While you are hangin out at the starting area, check out the list of winners near the coffee and water station, if your race number is listed you win a free pair of adidas shoes!
Packet Pick Up at The Old Spaghetti Factory:

Shuttle Bus:
Park your car just south of The Old Spaghetti Factory (expect a 5 min walk to the shuttle bus) and catch the free shuttle bus to the starting line at adidas, and then run or walk the beautiful course back to your car and enjoy the festivities. There is no parking at adidas and no shuttle returning to adidas. Shuttle bus begins at 6:15 and ends at 7:30. All participants must be on the last bus leaving The Old Spaghetti Factory by 7:30 as race starts at 8:00 AM. adidas is offering bottled water and coffee at the start, we have port o potties and a clothes drop area so come early!! Race numbers must be picked up on either Saturday at packet pick up or at The Old Spaghetti Factory the morning of the race. No packet pick up at adidas.
